they must find other way to prevent multi-accounting abuser, i have an account blocked too they say my account are linked/connected to other account which i think there is no way i know the other is mine. its make me complicated and since that accident i leave betcoin.tm and now see this kind post still popping up mean they aren't update their abuse system yet.

In my problem when i get this is i using different connection everyday to log in there like modem and wifi. I think we must play one source connection to play in betcoin.tm the site is very sensitve for player who have multiple account

Yap, that's the main problem on this site. When an account is indicated as multi-accounts, so the account will not able to make withdrawal request. The only thing you can do now is to ask for the live support to unlock your account, it will take some time because they need to check your account. This is their weakness on their security system to avoid multi-accounts players, an account may get locked only because changing internet connection or changing device.

i hate these fu**ers.   They fucked me 3 times this week, then they somehow convince me to play again, and they screw me again.  3 times in one week.  this week they owe me now over a bitcoin.  sooo grimy

I was also thinking same, But its a luck dude, i almost made 4BTC Profit from this site and loosing in my last few bets which comprises 1.8BTC in one bet and other smaller bets. so its purely Luck and winning streak. Check the site later. Yeah im Agree about the Withdraw system is little odd, some times it take more than 24 hours and even more, in which you fedup with your withdraw and try to play with it and loose    This is waht happened with me many times

They are not changing this policy for some time even many send them complaints about this because they have some good profit many members lost amount just because of long waiting for withdrawal and withdrawal is not going in pending mode I also some good amount in this case

It is a common reasons for any poker site, but your site has a ridiculous system especially to detect multi-account. As what others said, even player who just changed their internet source/device can be suspected as multi-account player then get banned.
Agreed that support is friendly enough to help this kind of problem, but it would be better to change the security system.

I pretty much love playing in your site, specially with the promotions you have for players. But my account has been ban from poker for a few days now. My username is Tripod.

I already talked to the support and got connected to James through email. Support says my account is under security check. I emailed James and until now i havent got any reply as to why my account is under security check? and still i cant access poker.

If you have time please see my account and what will happen? It's frustrating to see your accnt gets ban when all you do is play every chance you get.

Yeah turns out you were banned for chat abuse and the email that was sent to you bounced. So, consider this your first warning.

This is the email message that i sent to betcoin.tm admin. i am posting this in full hope that betcoin will consider again my account because i never done anything to cheat or whatsoever. and also to let betcoin.tm that i havent received any reply yet, this was sent in the morning of March 15.

I am once again banned from poker access at your site. Running a site is not a simple task and requires alot of attention to combat those players whose intention is to just cheat and take advantage and I understand how you guys are trying to make betcoin.tm a secure place for good players out there.

My username is "Tripod" and this is my 3rd time being banned to your poker software. It is so disheartening to see this happen to me. Please please I am begging you with all my heart to please enlighten me why this is happening to me?

The first time i got banned was when i was sitting on number 1 spot on your leaderboard for sng/mtt, I saw some players trying to get hold of my spot and as a player, I also jump in register to those 2man sng where i saw a couple of players registering, cut the story short, I maintain my number 1 spot. But the next day I was banned. I contacted support and they told me that i admit pumping up the leaderboard with a "friend" which if i remember correctly is a player with username "d_unknown". I fought my case, because I never admitted and never did i collude or cheat the leaderboard, the username involve is not my friend. and even regretted that i defended the number 1 spot because I didnt win chips defending it. I lost chips playing those 2man sitngo. but if you are a player and you sit on the number 1 spot on some leaderboard and you saw other players jumping in to take your spot, what are you gonna do? it is in right mind that you defend it right? you will fight for your spot, isnt it what the leaderboard suppose to be? to encourage players to play and compete for the top spot? and that is what i just did, but still i got banned, even got my chips confiscated worth almost 100chips. but still i let it pass and just go on because i love playing poker and i think betcoin.tm has a good promo for it.

Second time i got banned: at first i couldn't think of what reason will get my accnt banned again. I avoided playing with "d_unknown" and also i never chased any leaderboard again in fear of having my account banned again, but here it is, it happened again for the second time and i cant think of any reason why i got banned again. I contacted support and emailed you James, and I only received one reply from you asking me what is my username. I replied and waited, days passed and i followed up a few times but no reply. then i decided to post it in bitcointalk.org forum in betcoin's official thread. and betcoin told me that for some reason the emails that was sent to me was bounced back, i don't know why and how it happened. and he also told me that i got banned because of chat abuse. i just shrugged it off and thanked betcoin that once again my account was lifted.

After that; i am a bit more cautious than before, even made myself courteous on chat and didnt chase leaderboard and avoided playing with "d_unknown". But for the third time now i am banned again. And once again, I cannot think of any reason why i got banned? this is so frustrating James, I have been playing poker since 2009 and the day i discovered bitcoin poker sites, i loved it even more. do i deserve this kind of things? Don't you want to have a loyal player like me?

All i can think of why i got banned is for the past few days I have been using 2 laptops and 1 iPad to play in your site, but i never, even from the start, did multi account in your website. I play in whatever is available between my devices, my work laptop, my daughter's iPad and my wife's laptop. And also i noticed that with the 3 ban that i got it happens when i requested a cash out. Is it ever wrong to cash out?

James please i am writing you this email with all the respect from your site and I hope you can enlighten me why is this things happening to my account when all i want is to just play poker in your site?

I asked for a 0.4 BTC withdrawal more than 10 hours ago.

Will this be my 3rd issue with betcoin.tm ?  

1st : confiscated all funds  (took 5 days to resolve)
2nd:  bet settled as winner but account not credited with the winnings  (took 3 days to resolve)


What do you think betcoin.tm will ask me to contact them to resolve this simple wihdrawal request or they could complete it without any user (and customer service) interaction ?

How long does it take to complete a 0.4 btc withdrawal request?    (weekends coming    )
