Satoshi probably was a small group, which become a bigger group, which then exploded into a huge group of poeple.
who came up with the original idea? the guy that invented money. who cares.

Guys I am Satoshi no just kidding. First time I know about bitcoin it was just one person.
But there where a lot of theories like it was a group of people of it was the FBI or the aliens ( sure aliens XD )
For me doesn't matter I have my bitcoins and I am happy with it. I don't really care, but if I meet him than they well be so much question.

I don't think it really matters who it actually is. The end of the day we are all satoshi. We are what makes bitcoin, bitcoin.
It shouldn't matter anymore who it is. I haven't seen enough prove that this Craig guy is the inventor of bitcoin.

But now Satoshi the creator has morphed to a giant group of several thousands of developers, participants and really true believers who are all running this beautiful invention and will bring it out there to the masses.

As long as 'he' still safe and 'he' don't have problem if we are using 'his' technology called bitcoin and we can make better world with bitcoin, i think 'he' is very happy. But i don't agree if you call we are all satoshi. For me Satoshi is Satoshi, and Me is Me. |

This was different. It took deep understanding of a monetary system. There was no way for money to operate without a central authority. i think we all are Satoshi Nakamoto now. This is the meaning of disappearance of Satoshi Nakamoto or most correct it seems Satoshi Nakamoto leave his throne as a creator and live now among us as a simple user. This is a pure cryptoanarchy movement.
I read some article outside that satoshi nakamoto the real person didnt know what is bitcoin so it means satoshi is a group of people And we are increasing..and i think we are satoshi's and we are one bitcoin. So i agree with this poem.. |

OK, I will go for that: We are sons of Satoshi! I agree with most above that it does not really matter who Satoshi really is, although were he to be able to safely reveal himself (themselves) that would be of great interest to our community. He/they would likely have interesting things to say, having stayed hidden so long (hence, able to watch and think about BTC's evolution and prospects). But, as has been mentioned above, WE are the ones moving BTC forward. Buying BTC, spending BTC, hodling BTC, and (especially) those bright people DEVELOPING BTC and new applications. The next steps in BTC's evolution is in our hands. We are the sons of Satoshi. Kind of awesome if you think about it... |
