Legendary at 164 activity ?

I see that this guy is already Legendary at such low activity ? is it only at my end or any glitch.

Same view from here, Legendary with below 200 posts and Activity.
Is this because the user deleted his majority of his posts that's why posts count is very low and Activity followed as well?
I run his UID to account estimator and see the results... Potential Full Member?

Most of his posts probably were deleted but the lengendary status was stuck with him.

This has already been discussed(can't remember the thread link), this is because Legendary(if you delete majority of your posts after becoming one) and Brand Newbie's activity is slow to catch up on, and some never catch up.

Yes, probably that is the case.didn't thought that way cause it's so unlikely that people would delete majority of their posts.
maybe the potential activity is for the rest of the un-deleted posts. I should lock this now.
