Antec TPQ-1200 OC -- $135

Little usage (~500W).  It's 80+ Silver, partially modular, has plenty of PCIe connectors, and can do more than 1200W from a few reviews I've seen.  All of the modular cables and AC cable will be included.  I don't have the retail packaging.

Any Sandy Bridge processor.  I was using a Celeron G540 for a while until I switched it out to a Core i3-2100.  I also had used a i5-2500k for a brief time when I didn't have any other LGA 1155 processors available.
