I am worried about my money (which are small) that are held in coinut exchange for a long time now.
I don't know how to withdraw the money i get this "Withdraw failed: insufficient balance"
Can somebody help me, some are saying that there should be made some binary traders but i have no idea about this.

I will give a small bounty to the one who could help me.

To withdraw, click the "Funding" tab and fill in the destination address and click the Withdraw button. It could take up to one business day because theyare currently manually processing withdraw requests. Currently, they support Bitcoin only. They may support fiat currency like USD in the future.

About the live chat there in website is almost dead saying the truth.
Nobody seems to be online there and i doubt anyone would assist me.
The owner does not even reply to my personal messages.

This is how it was always before the drama when the rates changed.
I know how to withdraw because i have withdrawn in the past and it worked.
But now i need to make additional binary trades to withdraw sadly

Unless you signed up and got free BTC via a promotion then I dont think its fair to make users do a trade before withdrawing. Maybe that's why the guys site is dead

If its money that you earned from its signature campaign its not fair that he asked you to make binary trades to withdraw it. Tell him that you have problems withdrawing and you want that he send the bitcoins to your address.
Last time i withdrawed from coinut (bits from signature campaign) it took one week to process the manual withdrawing.

Sorry didn't try their site and I am not that lucky with gambling (just playing in dice sites with free faucets for fun).
Good luck  Smiley

Yes these funds are from the signature campaign,
It is not fear really to freeze the funds for this banal reason.
If it takes one week then i would not care too much but how did the process goes with your manual withdrawing, by sending PM to him?

good luck for you
Anyways the withdrawal process is manuall, so you should wait till the admin aprove it

Any chance you can assist me at least through teamviewer?
If someone is trusted enough i would even send the details.
If he succeeds he can send the funds to me and a small bounty to himself.

No, i had a normal withdrawing. All withdraws from coinut are manual proceed.
Try to talk him on the web chat, as i read in the signature posts, he don't answer pm. He ever says that was very busy, but if you made a work for him , he has to pay it.

I have seen that many people are fast when a newbie asks a loan without collateral,
And how fast are people leaving negative feedback and do not give to wangxinxi which is hero,
Don't know if the rank affects but if anyone does not paying to their participants that should be scammer, i think that i am not wrong.

Don't worry he already got a negative trust from a default trust member + untrusted feedbacks
