I inadvertantly transferred 14 litecoins to my litecoin address. I then realized it changed cause the program had been deleted for a little while and I got a new address. Is there any way at all to retrieve my coins and transfer them to the proper address?

Thanks!

Do you have a backup of the old wallet? If you do, you can retrieve the key for the address, and the coins that you sent to it. If you have no way to get the key to that address, then the coins are lost forever. Have you backed up your new wallet?

Bit coin was the very first. All others came after. Litecoin is a special type of coin that will always be able to e mined on CPUs due to cache memory needs. It's also significantly less money. 1 litecoin is 6 cents or about 0.0067 bitcoin
