As for now we are keeping it that way.   This project could get swiped out from under us with someone who has more money than we do, which would destroy everything we have been working for.  We are just looking to see who is interested before we finish the project.

Well no offense, but if you wanted to keep things under wraps until you have your project/service fully developed (sounds like you're going to proceed developing it anyways), then why would you bother trying to garner interest in getting investors? If you wanted to protect your idea from being so easily taken over by someone else, then why not just apply for a patent on your business idea/product. Even after you get everything situated and developed, you still can't necessarily trust people not to take your idea and run with it when you finally tell investors how things would work.

Investors like seeing a finished project that they can tell if they at going to make a decent ROI with it.

I agree with all you are saying, I am just throwing a tester out there to see interest sparked.  There is no way to get a patent on the business.  The business is not new in any way; it is just new to he bitcoin market.  There is no doubt that someone will take the idea and run with it, which is why we have to determine maximum profit from the door.  We are taking control of 125 to 200 cities ourselves when we open this up.  We are just seeing what kind of interest we can get prior to launch.

Honestly, from what it sounds like coming from OP and what you're asking, there is good and bad news in your case:

The good news: is that you can be able to work from home, but just pay to "secure" an area or city of your choice. The customers will somehow do some kind of business for you... which I think in this case makes it seems like it is a pyramid scheme of some sort if the "customers" hand business for you.  Take that as you will though, I just know that me personally will not feel comfortable recruiting friends to do work for me and me receiving benefits for it.

The bad news: The idea will not be explained before you send funds. Going from what he has said before, he is concerned that the idea he has for a business proposal could be stolen from people on the forum.  So in other words, he wouldn't feel safe sharing any information on anything that has to do with what he is trying to sell, which I personally think contradicts everything that he is trying to do on this thread.

I will be running a number of cities, and so will my partners, directly from our home computers.  You will need to have contact with your clients and will have to pay them a visit to get them to sign all the legal paperwork and sign up with your service.  The specifics will be revealed once we are ready to launch and there is no one who can jump in under us to stop the launch from happening.  We are waiting for communications back from a few processing pools and also from Blockchain.  The knowledge you will need is general computer knowledge and Bitcoin general knowledge.  I hope this answers your question.

Let me correct these statements:
Response to the Good News: First, there is no pyramid scheme or multilevel marketing scheme.  You will not be asked to sign people up to sell for you or anything of the sort.  Your customers are your customers and will stay your customers as long as they need your service and no one else comes in under your prices.  This is a business, where you will make money off of the business you do, not the work of someone else.  Some people who are getting more than 2 cities will end up hiring a sales team, but this will be people being hired in to work, not someone you can make a percentage of their income.  Just business.

Response to Bad news:  The business will be explained before you send any funds, we are keeping the business under wraps for now, because someone who has more money than we do could take the idea and run with it, leaving us in the dust.  When we are ready to launch, all interested parties will be required to prove they have funding and they will be told what the deal is before they pay anything.  I will make another post with more information shortly, to help explain things.

MORE EXPLANATION

People are thinking this is some sort of MLM or Pyramid scheme.  I ensure you this is not.  We are not requesting any money before the business is laid out for you so that you know what you are investing in. 

Think of this like McDonalds.  We are setting this business up with a sort of Franchise platform, so you will only be able to do business in the general area you buy into with us.  You just do not have all of these expensive fees associated with a franchise.  We wanted to make this affordable to give the small time investor a chance to make some good money.  I hope this releaves some concerns you may have.  We just can not release the business details until after we have worked them all out.

Sorry, we are not releasing quality details at this time, the business idea is still to vulnerable and can be taken with to much information.  I can discuss the spread, but I am not sure what you mean when you say this if you can explain more.

I don't live in a big city and I'm certainly not going to hop on a plane to get a client to sign documents.  Sounds like this isn't for me.   If its a 80/20 split for you to do all the work it sounds like a no brained for people just to pay the initial btc , have you do the work and send me a check.  Unless I'm wrong.

That is the key, it is a no brainer to do that and a number of investors will do that.  We just offer the 80/20 split in order to bring more people in.  What we will do in the case of an investor is fly someone into that city for 10 to 14 days and they will do all the leg work.  Once it is done, they sit back and collect at the computer.  There is minimal computer work, but it is nothing where it will take you more than 15 minutes per day per city. 

We are trying to set this up so that both the hands on investor and the hands off investor will both be able to profit off of this.  I am more excited as we move forward with it all.

This is going to be a fun run and I hope we can get enough people on board here.  We have good plans and this idea and the setup is very simple, which is why we have to keep it under warps until we are ready launch.  If we really wanted to we could just start ourselves and then expand from city to city on our own, we are just hoping to get into many cities at the beginning so that we can encourage city to city business.

First, I am sorry, but please read through the post before you make comments.  Please read the thread, there is a link to the investment plan on the first post to this thread.
I am going to state this again for anyone who has not read the investment plan and has just skipped to this chat thread with no knowledge of what is going on.  I will make it in larger print so people can see and stop making the same comment over and over again.

We are not asking for any investment at this time.  This is just a feeler to see who is interested in a project we are working on.  If you are interested, please go to the link on the first post of this thread, read the basic information to the project.  If you would like to be part of this project place which cities you would be interested in on that thread.  When the time comes and we are ready to launch, you will be contacted and we will give you the rundown of the project you will be investing in.  If you are interested once we give you all the details, you will be required to pay 2.5 BTC for the buy in for each city location you would like the rights to.  We advise that you have an additional 5 BTC total to help make your business venture grow.

All the basic information is clearly in the posts of these two threads.  There is no scam and no one is asking for anything up front.  We are putting out feelers.  That is what you do when you are small time and would like to launch a large project without finding larger investments.  When you need to find large investors, you have to jack the price up for the end user and take away the opportunity for the small time business owned, which is what we are truing to avoid here.  The reason the project is hush hush is because this is not a new form of technology or anything new to the business world, it is going to be new to Bitcoin and it will be a game changer.  The key is getting all the information and laws in order so that the business will be able to properly function without any down time.

Getting to your comments I quoted above, we have over 740 cities currently ready to be put under contract.  Most of these people already placed funds into an escrow account because they have done business with us before.  Just because I am new to BitcoinTalk  does not mean I am new to business.  The group of people I represent take pride in setting large businesses up by grouping people together to act as a large business without the need of some multi-million dollar investment firm who will require a high profit and in turn will jack up the profit so that small business people can not get involved.  We try to keep the large business with the people and not large corporations.  I do appreciate your comments, but the comments you made show that you clearly did not read through the whole thread and jumped to conclusions, making statements that you can not back up.  Thank you for your interest, but people who show these types of behaviors are the type of people that we avoid because they are more interested in blasting what they do not know instead of finding out answers to questions they may have.

I can understand skepticism, however releasing to much information will allow a larger group to go ahead and take the idea out from under the people.  This is not my first rodeo.  We know that everyone wants to make money from home with a little investment, the problem is that not everyone has a little investment, so we are weeding those people out here.  No other information will be released until we are ready to launch.  The most information we are willing to release is already listed.
