I have the same problem even if I use proxies it's not working sometimes. I think they are having DDOS.

if you have plugin or extension on your browser, like imacros, ipfuck etc., please delete, it could be the cause

.. i have further problem, i enter my wallet and see transaction confirmed, but it is not shown in receive and in balance .. hah .. then i google the problem and understood that there is not wallet operator link nor support to ask ... haha .. yeah okay ... If you are using an online wallet and don’t see the coins, then you have a different problem. Web wallets should be accessible 24/7, and their Bitcoin software should be running all day as well. If your transaction is confirmed but the site still doesn’t show the bitcoins in your balance, you need to contact the site’s operators. It is possible that they are having a temporary technical issue.   I TOO FACING THE PROBLEM WHEN OPENING MY.DOGECHAIN.INFO. I TOO HAD SOME FUND IN IT. IT OPENED TODAY. BUT BALANCE SHOWING 0.00. THEN I TRIED FOR SECOND TIME. THE SITE WENT OFFLINE. NOW NOT OPENING AT ALL. I THINK THE SITE IS HACKED. MY FUND I THINK ALL GONE.
