A hen of Blind Man, steal by a Deaf and eat it, a Dumb man saw him that Hen steal and eaten by Deaf, now tell me how could Dumb told, Blind man that his Hen eaten by Deaf man Huh have any answer  Roll Eyes

I think dum, goes to blind and tell him that his hen stolen by deaf, but the problem is that he cannot speak ..

I think you have translated the riddle to English incorrectly.  There is no solution for this.

I don't get it either. The dumb man just writes down what he saw, and gives this information to the police. The police then tell the blind man he was robbed, and arrest the deaf man. I mean, what do you think normal people would do in this situation?
