Should You Invest In Bitcoin? 10 Arguments In Favor As Of December 2015

In the past three months alone, the price of Bitcoin has: risen steadily from below $250 to the low- to mid-$300 range, spiked past $400, plunged back down toward $300, stabilized around $325, surged again past $350 around Black Friday, then jumped even higher — after a potential uncovering of Bitcoin’s creator — to about $430 as of this morning.

Whooooo a overall positive article coming from forbes? That's something positive....  Grin

~ “Given its predictable growth and ultimate fixed supply, bitcoin could become a store of value superior to fiat currencies in the long term,” Burniske concludes.

~ " Not only does Bitcoin have the largest market capitalization of any of the digital currencies — $6.5 billion, as of press time, compared to $268 million and $164 million for its
next competitors, Ripple and Litecoin, respectively... "

~ " “Bitcoin has all the same attributes of gold in that it’s scarce, there’s a finite supply, it’s fungible, it’s highly divisible, it can’t be counterfeit,” he says, “but it has one real
improvement over gold, which is its utility.”

Good to see some positive things coming from sites like these... They surely changed their perspective on Bitcoin these days.

This is good.
Articles from mainstream media have a wider range of audience - including people who haven't heard of bitcoins.
With all the negativity around, Bitcoin could do with positive articles like these.
I can't wait for the other 2 parts in this series.  Smiley

i have to mention that Ripple is a premined scam and not a valid altcoin. Litecoin is the only valid one here.

Does forbes ever had been negative about Bitcoin?
I always had the impression they always stood pretty neutral to it. Sure they often reported about "Blockchain technolgy" but I never read any FUD articles against Bitcoin from them.
It's worth to mention that the author of the article, Laura Shin, owns a small number of Bitcoin! Grin
Furthermore it is written that this is just the first article of a three-part series. So let's wait what the content of the other 2 parts will be.

Not so bad, good article that some people should read...

but i think they forgot one reason that should be added, the incoming halving, that's another good reason about why someone should invest in bitcoin right now Wink
