I like that Manager is a pronoun.  Must be a big hotshot.

While this would be nice, I imagine it was along the lines of the ebay situation last year or so.  The rep had no idea what you were talking about and gave you the most polite, non-noncommittal answer.

I say its very unlikely, that they introduce BTC payments - it would require either using middleman [ie Bitpay], that charges fees, or creating automatic exchange via mtgox API or something, wich is costly to code. And amount of potential clients is still limited.
