I can't get money out of my Coinbase account.  The dollar wallet doesn't work.  I sent USD from the exchange to my dollar wallet, then went to Coinbase.com and looked for it.  There is no usd wallet.
I tried to find a way to contact Coinbase.  I looked everywhere, and I can't find an email link or any kind of support at Coinbase.com.  There's a discussion forum.  I posted there.  Nobody answered.
What can I do now?  I'd like to rip those people to pieces.

Thanks for the link.
I finally figured out why the USD wallet wasn't showing up, so thankfully I don't have to deal with the Coinbase people right now.

A while ago they have live chat but i can't see that option now, so better to submit a ticked and check time by time if they responds.

I'm a few days in to a ticket with them myself and have not received a response yet, just random emails telling me what all my transactions on coinbase ever were...

Hmm that is weird. Usually coinbase is very fast with responding to tickets. So far my tickets were answered within 24 hours.

Did you sent them a reminder?

I am not a fan of coinbase and I would certainly not recommend them. If you got a problem with their support mailing and keep stalking them once a day, is the fastest way to get your ticket resolved, sure they will become angry but at least your problem will be resolved.

I think Coinbase has become too big and can not handle the massive influx of users all the sudden.
They keep running promotions for new members to join by giving them free bitcoins such as $60 worth of btc one time, but it seems they haven't prepared themselves to offer support for all these new clients. They can not deal with all them with the same amount of staff they had 8 months ago.

i am using coinbase for more than 2 yrs and till now i did not faced any problem, the only thing is they are not supporting indians to buy & sell on their sites, but for wallet purpose it is very good and fast. i use it to deposit and withdrawl from my sports betting sites and its very fast, if you are still facing problem here i give you the email of their support - support@coinbase.com here you can send your doubts and query's directly to the coinbase support team.

I don't get it.  There is no way to submit a ticket.  You guys are talking about coinbase's response to your tickets.  So how did you submit them?  How did you contact Coinbase support?  There is no Coinbase support.
Edit:  I used the link in the second post and sent an email.  Why does the Coinbase website not show that link?  I had to come here to find out how to use their support.  It's absurd.
