That has already been answered, you get higher payment for referrals that registered until the timestamp where op announced that he's
lowering payments. Also, each account that tried to cheat in any way will be disqualified. Just read the thread next time.

I think everybody is the same got decrease payout. And everyone who join is the 1st batch.
After op changed to 0.0015 he not recruit any more participants.
But im not sure if it lowered to 0.00015.
