Hello,

I logged in to my coinbase account since the last time the user agreement changed. Now for some reason, it wants me to accept the terms. That's fine. The problem is, I've tried several browsers and multiple computers... When I get to the user agreement page it keeps refreshing like crazy. It's like someone is smashing F5. I tried to stop the page from reloading, but the refresh request is coming from coinbase.

Essentially I can't even get to the bottom of the page and type my name for the agreement because it keeps looping non stop. Already submitted a support ticket to coinbase. I'm not getting weird emails for each transaction I ever did on coinbase and a notification of a USD wallet being created for me but the problem persists and their support has not answered me.

Anyone else ever see this or have any ideas here?

Much appreciated.

Hello,

I had the same issue with coinbase.  This is how I got past it.

1) Open notepad and type your full legal name.  Highlight this and copy it to the windows clipboard (ctrl + c)
2) Open coinbase in a browser and login.
3) When it starts to refresh the User agreement page, quickly click in the box and paste the windows clipboard followed by enter. (ctrl + v followed immediately by enter)
4) If you were fast enough, it should get you past the User Agreement screen.

Good luck.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to give that a try. It was refreshing very quickly...

Youd think they would acknowledge this problem. Not everyone has it, but as I mentioned I tried this from several different computers and browsers. It has to be an account based issue.

Their ultimate solution was just "make a new account"

Thanks again for your suggestion!
