I'm struggling with that for the last week and would appreciate if i can ask couple questions  to someone that has done that.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I have wrote many front-ends and I am actually working on something to make this a little more easier and secure (has yet to be released)

Give us more details.
