Bitwala , legit or scam ?

I just read about it on Cointelegraph : http://cointelegraph.com/news/115851/bitwala-adds-debit-card-to-its-service-portfolio
and since Cointelegraph have a history on promoting scams sometimes I decided to ask if someone have an idea about the website because I never heard of it .
I googled and I suppose that's the website : https://bitwa.la/ , any help is appreciated !
