I see what you are trying to do. I don't think you need BitInstant. Deposit money as outlined below and then buy the bitcoins on BTC-e. You can send the bitcoins from BTC-e to any wallet.

Go to "Finances" and click on the "Make a Deposit" button for the currency you want to send to BTC-e in order to see the options. The options for euros (for example) are: Perfect Money and International Wire Transfer.

If you still want to get a BTC-e coupon, read this: https://btc-e.com/news/63

Perfect Money is here: http://perfectmoney.com

Unfortunately, acquiring bitcoins is still difficult for people new to bitcoin. Try https://localbitcoins.com to buy them in person. Also, take a look at this page for a large list of possible sources: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Buying_bitcoins

There are many places where you can buy your first bitcoins. However, since you're in Switzerland, bitcoin-24 seems to be one good option for you. It's operated by German guys so you might also get support in German language Smiley
