For those interested, I've done some digging on GPU news from Computex.

Relevant info:

Super pro GPU guys! and its PowerColor, should be reasonable! we should prolly look for Asus to drop a new one on us too!

Oh, and I can vouch for the Lucid chipset, Its terribly bloated and silly, but it scales well with gaming!

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Unlikely that will be cheap enough for feasible mining. I'm sticking out for the 7000 Series.
