i added 10$ and when i try to do buy or sell its give me says "Invalid account state. Insufficient Balance: 0 "

i already have 10$ , i can't even see the balance in top page its only show 0
 BALANCE (BTC) 0.00000000
NET VALUE (BTC) 0.00000000

help please
