Yeah, probably you are right. The only thing going to get pumped here are the people who own some of this.
It's a bit unfortunate though, considering the supply most likely only is around 3 mil at 3 sat that is really cheap.

An observation on this coin is that is has not tanked as hard as some ICO's have in the past, even though this one is as it seems without a "dev".
My suspicion is someone is simply collecting this one for a serious pump, even with 3.5 m coins at 5 sat the value is only 0.17 BTC
Time will tell, I still haven't dumped mine, better to hold than to give someone else free money....
