seeing $1000 comes way too early if you think it will reach that price in january. i think the best chances are just after the block halving to reach $1000. it will take a lot buy support to maintain a price above $1000. a lot people have bought to sell just before or just after the block halving. it will be interesting to see how long the $1000 can be maintained.

It won't! It will not go over $1000 (next year anyway). We have bad people investing in bitcoin: who sell as soon as the price goes up, increasing supply and decreasing demand, pushing the price back down! 1k just a dream before block halving

I doubt 1k by January, I think 700-800 is the maximum, if nothing bad happens.
And there is no way to know the price before the halving, of course there will be a pump, but when will it happen and what will be the peak is impossible to know

it was since we were at 230, now it's still a good buy opportunity but a little less than before, and the chances will be even slim the more you wait i've no doubt that the last ath will be broke soon, probably in 2016 |

Quite an optimistic prediction there. It's quite possible given the fact that overall trend is positive for quite some time, but i wouldn't be too sure about reaching 2k in 2016, regardless of block halving. Usually the price goes quite the opposite of what all expect, so i think it could be pumping all the way, and then large dumps just before the halving. cheers |

I guess price will just drop at halving... Just like the USD is going to when they hike rates this thursday.. If trading would be that easy we would all be millionairs... |
