Switched it to full screen and I did have credits, but the cards wouldn't show up when I clicked deal. Just the backs of the cards.

Good going so far, I've been playing here for a few days and am absolutely even. Pretty good considering the effective rake is about 30% or so* until you make a royal flush (the rake may be low but video poker payout structure is far from even or equitable: you need to hit that jackpot, baby!).

* the 10 BTM quizzes help mitigate this considerably - iff you guess the right answers, of course.

Hmm, which problems were you trying to fix?  I just tested it and it's still possible to go into negatives with Red, White and Blue. (I'm LtRey493 by the way)  Of course, if you weren't working on that, it'd still be there.


Edit: I didn't refresh, and the bonus gave me full 10, so it could just have been a display error.

The contests are less frequent now, simply because it's not a very effective marketing tool.

How often is "less frequent", once every few hours or once a day?

When the contests were every ten minutes, people would wait around on the site for them. But now there's practically nobody playing at all. 1 or 2 people waiting for contests that seem to never happen, and the jackpots aren't changing and the chat doesn't announce any wins, so it looks like nobody's playing. I think the major dropoff in users can be attributed to the recent 2 week "outage". You might want to add a prominent message banner next time there is a problem, so frustrated users don't abandon the site.
