Google cloud services is by far the best however you need some linux skills to get it deployed. I had a test coupon and did not even spend 1%, after a few days i rent linux server with centos.
It's a matter of choice but my experience regular VPS servers are way better then cheap or free VPS's.

I realize this thread is pretty old, but it's still relevant so I'll give my two cents.

If you're looking for a cheap VPS, I'd recommend following the LowEndBox blog. They seem to be a reliable source for posting cheap and low-end VPS'. For example, AlphaRacks currently has a deal on their 768MB/single core VPS for $11 USD a year, and they accept Bitcoin. Link to the LowEndBox article about it.

Anyone know of some cheap (but good) VPS hosts that also include management? That's an issue many don't handle. I'd like to move some stuff from shared to a VPS but don't want to deal with server management as part of that.

I don’t think you even speak English. I mean he asked for a vps with management and you responded with this provided is added? Which provider? He didn’t talk about any provider at all. Jesus, the spam on this forum is getting worse and worse everyday.

Yes. I don`t speak English well, but this is not spam and my list helps many people find needed information. Is it problem?
