i don't quite think you guys are accepting bitcoins as the mode of payment or you're giving out bitcoins for users right ?If you could add bitcoins as the method then maybe you can expect a few participants from here .Good luck with your promo.

Yes, that includes all stakes. Players will receive $10 cash bonus for every 100 hands they are dealt in.  So each player will be able to receive up to $70 cash bonus per day… $1,050 overall.

Jackpots are not included to get cash bonus, only cash games. Yes you will be able to track your progress right under the bonuses section.
