Even if we are disregarding your 7% fee, without escrow people would be leaving you with their funds from account, which is not something
anyone normal will do. Also, asking for all communication to be via PM is a huge red flag.

Option to escrow I am ready to consider! But then the work would be through a guarantor. Payment guarantor for the buyer's expense. You then just shout that this is a scam! You offer to do to protect people. And all I can say is that he is a swindler. I want to earn an honest living! And to the person who needs to do the job, I'll negotiate personally and he decides it is to do with me or not.

Can you tell me how can an escrow resolve this matter? This is either a trust game Personal info I will not have to provide. The Depositary will be paid for your money, and take a commission for the use of my funds pledged 1% per day. |
