I'm offering my services in Web Development in exchange for Bitcoin.

I would be open to working on either a freelance basis or with others to form a Bitcoin start up.

While I'm currently employed full time being paid $ I would very much like to diversify my income stream away from the Dollar.

I work primarily with the following:

Ruby on Rails
SQL
AJAX / jQuery / JavaScript
Html5 & CSS3

I also have experience with Flash (flash game design) but I would prefer Ruby on Rails development work over flash.
