Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Why exactly aren't you using an escrow again?

What is your problem? Before posting i have read this on bitcointalk " Money sent through PayPal and any other money transfer service that accepts credit cards can be easily reversed by the sender, even after several weeks. Therefore, you should only accept PayPal in trades with people you trust very highly.

But still OP have chance to change this in positive just carry on this exchange and use any trusty escrow provider as he will complete then this going to be ok for him and @EcuaMobi must delete his feedback about OP

Yes of course. If a deal is made with escrow and the other party and the escrow confirm it was successful then I will remove my feedback.

But I really doubt that will happen. Creating a new account and asking the other party to send first without escrow because paypal is reversible is a very common behavior by scammers.

First of all as i said earlier i am new here, and i din't know this thing with that so called " Escrow " . You might say it's a scam when somebody try to Buy BTC with Paypal, but not when i'm trying to exchange my BTC into Paypal!!!!! But if you read well my thread it says that I needed 100 GBP on Paypal and i'm willing to pay with BTC! . What do you want me to say? Hello, i need Paypal and i'm willing to pay with BTC ( I will be sending first this payment method that is not reversible "  If you are so " RACIST " with new users, why you let them register here?Huh
