PM Spammer Not Banned Yet?

And I reported this pm to all administrators as soon as I saw it.

Then I got another spam pm from this user;

Please ban this PM spammer.

What exactly is he spamming? Publicly posting would be better. Theymos, (IMHO)rarely takes action in these situations , its BB who bans the spammers and he hasn't been online since some days

Even I've reported a few recently that haven't been acted on. A lot of people begging it seems from other reported messages but I can only perma ban not temp which is usually more appropriate in most cases. All Globals get notified of them via a PM but it's a bit silly if certain people can't handle them or don't want to do anything about it yet get spammed with messages daily. I think reported messages should be put into a que like reports are and that way people can handle them more efficiently.
