one cannot transfer coins from old wallet to new one, it must be swapped!

Swap is in session,

To initiate your swap send an email with the subject "BTI Swap" to dev.bticoin@outlook.com , in this email you will add to the body amount that is being swapped, and your new BTI Address.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD NEW WALLET HERE -

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When you send your email, you will get logged to our spreadsheet and a response with your deposit address will be initiated. Send old coins to this address!
Everyone will get one address for swap. Also the spreadsheet will be public here.

Thread is under construction.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I heard about this takeover and it really looks like you have the passion to follow through on where the old version was lacking. It is really good that you already got into another exchange.
Any news on when we will see a new roadmap or what is planed for the coin ?

No Sir, This wallet is compile to work with old. Just back up you old wallet file, than delete old wallet, download new one and let sync, close wallet, than replace wallet.dat file in your appdata folder, open wallet again, finally all your coins should be right there.

Let me know if you need some assistance. And PLEASE!!!! Back up you wallet before upgrading to new wallet.

Thanks,
REX

This coin is being delisted from Cryptopia due to the aggressive actions of its new developer including threats of violence not just against us, but our families. Please withdraw your coins immediately.

Hello guys,

No need to worry. This is exactly why I was waiting to announce the take over. Kind of figured he would do that, now we need to make sure he doesn't keep everyone's coins. This all started a while back, and here is the thread to prove it : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1221426.0

This seems to be true because today a lot of the BTI Community has been complaining that they can not withdraw from that place. Which just proves the shady activity and business these guys at Cryptopia are running. Shame on them!

At the moment I can not stop this, all I can really say is move your coins to the new exchange at https://btcpool.exchange where the market is looking stronger than at Cryptopia.

Feel free to reach out to me with any concerns. And don't let these thieves steel any of your coins. I lost a hole bunch of NYC to them. And they have yet to even send them back.

Thanks,
REX

You sound like a little girl. Threats  Shocked You must be on them drugs again. Sad!
Instead of de-listing you should worry about building Bitcoin volume.

You can either move to the new exchange, or you can store in wallet until you see market fit for sales.

Thanks Daniel! Glad to see a new focus for this coin and a new Team to take it forward in a new direction. With this new ANN I consider the transition from the old Team to the new Team and the rebranding as officially complete.  Good luck!
