There is a thread of a guy making CS:GO bets, im not sure about a site that will let you directly put places, im sure there are. As far as a videogame where you directly bet as a part of the game, this is pretty nice and addictive game right there that I have been playing lately:

I think this is the most effective way to gamble with videogames or you can make a LAN party at your home with friends and play some games for BTC.

Im not sure if you are asking if there are MMPORG games based on Bitcoin.. I think I heard some project in the past, one of the guys here was involved (rpietila). Not sure if the project ever came to something, I never saw screenshots in the thread. I would love a game like Final Fantasy or The Elder Scrolls online and with an economy that runs on Bitcoin so you don't feel like you are wasting your time playing.

There were many altcoins which purpose was to be used in games, I do not remember their names, all dead, what a pitty.

Yes I am sure that this game is really based on skill but you need some luck too though like you hope that you want to meet some newbie so you can win it easily, this is called luck. But are they having this kind of games in casino? I dont think so because this kind of game will never be profitable to them

I think you can make money from games just from the tournament or selling accessories are rare in MMORPG games or games like that, or you can find it on STEAM

This is a little off-topic, but the way your question struck me reminded of an old Nintendo game(showing my age).  It was Dungeon something....and there was a "bar" in the game that had a backdoor where you bet on fights between these little slime guys.  I had more fun betting on the fights behind that bar than I ever had playing the full game.

Most who play these games train day in and day out. That is pure skill and not luck. It would be a honed skilled player playing against another skilled player that has trained to play these games. This is an industry an millions at stake for most of those tournaments.
No, the casinos will not have these kind of games because they don't have any control of the outcome of these type of games, so they are not going to risk their profits.

Although there are no in-game gambling aspects in most games besides uncrating/uncasing, there are many third party gambling sites which are trustable. Here are some of them:

Team Fortress 2: Sweetstakes.tf, Saloon.tf, Backpack.tf/lotto

it is named e-sports and not video games and i don't think that would be good idea

because it is easy to fake loses, so your friends can bet on other teams win and share money, because when team loses it's usually "they're tierd" and so on, so it is very very easy to fake it

The problem with a skill-based game is that you'll see a lot of high-tier pros, who have been playing for a long time. The only people who are able to have a chance against them would be other pros or hackers. Take for example CS:GO - there are plenty of people using aimbot or wallhack to cheat in even competitive, where there's no profit in it. The thing is, a gambling program with this kind of thing wouldn't be able to be regulated unless someone is moderating the game during the event, and if it becomes large enough, you won't really be able to deal with the amount of players.
