Yes to register there is free and i dont think any of the bitcoin exchanger like yobit will ever ask for payment to register.

All of the exchanges have a free registration. They don't allow alternative accounts though (from what I was told).
If you are looking for a good exchange for your country check this site:

The largest bitcoin exchanges are listed there (over 65) at the moment.

yep you can register for free, and they even offer you a chnace to get some free altcoins once in a while. They also have many ICOs which can help you make some profit

Registering in YoBit exchange is free for everyone,

But if you make more than one account per ip they sometimes lock it.

Yes YoBit is for free I really recommend you to use it.
With those altcoins you can learn a lot what bitcoin is and how to trade and all that stuff.
Good Luck with Yobit you just need to wait 7 days to get free altcoins.
