What can I offer:
      1. maximum (5-7) hours daily (Central European Time Zone - we can agree on working time);
      2. community skills;
      3. kindness;
      4. strictness;
      5. responsibility.

Conditions:
       1. weekly payout ( minimum 0.2BTC weekly-depends on hours/day);
       2. collegiality by other mods.

The reason I am doing it is learning something I'm interesed in.

I've had passive experience. That means I absorbed knowledge from mods- asking them everything ( how stuff works), watched them how they communicate with others, how they helping chatters. I learned a bit of things but that is not enough, so I wanted to expand knowledge by doing it. I had no chance to become one of them because of lack of time. Now I can spend mentioned time and truly commit to it.

You may want to look around and ask other moderators of gambling sites what they make because youre gonna be shocked. Most moderators make 0 and work on tips only

And unless you are BadBear, I doubt you'll get 0.2 BTC/week for modding

you need to atleast improve your rank here or make people trust you before becoming a moderator, how can newbie who just joined this forum not more than 1 week ago suddenly became a moderator,and being paid 0.2Bitcoin is quite impossible tho

Moderators are not picked randomly by admin of a website. Unless you are a professional moderator.
