I think mtgox is having issues right now. I am having a similar issue and no response (which is the frustrating thing).

Hopefully it clears up soon.

Hi,

Just make sure you send your transfer ref (the uuid) when mailing info@mtgox.com. If you don't it may cause delays until your transfer is handled.

I transferred € to my account at mtgox last week. The money should be on my account but is not. Noone is answering my emails.

I'm having a similar issue on a Dwolla withdrawl.  I'm really curious about how wide-spread these problems are.  Have any of the rest of you heard from Mt Gox or gotten any resolution?
