This is a very interesting question that I haven't thought of before. The best thing to do is to be ahead of the war. Build an Emergency Supply Kit, which includes items like non-perishable food, water, a battery-powered or hand-crank radio, extra flashlights and batteries. You may want to prepare a kit for your workplace and a portable kit to keep in your car in case you are told to evacuate.

I live in Europe and i am convinced that a world war will happen within the next 30 years, probably with nuclear weapons. There will be no internet, food, electricity, water available. Banks are closed so i can't get my money. No fuel in fuelstations so i can't use my car. No meds available everything is plundered in pharmacy's. Stores and wallmarts are plundered as well so no food.

What do i need to do to survive?

The best thing that you must do to survive in the world war 3 is hope. Hope that world war 3 never ever happen in this world. Everyday i always pray and hope that there are no wars in this world because the effect of war can damage to many people. The disadvantages of war is more rather than advantages. We must try to avoid the war, the little thing that we can do maybe can effect for the many people.
If world war 3 happen, it's our fate to face it. Just depend by God and always think everything will be ok.

You have to make yourself smart, tough, and mean.  And you have to have a group of people with a similar mindset.  You cannot survive alone.  The biggest question in my mind would be do you dig in or stay on the move.  I keep myself in shape, have enough supplies to last 10-12 months and have identified the handful of people i will want to team up with and trust.  All that and you still may perish in the first 30 seconds.

Preparing yourself for a world war 3 is a crazy thinking , because first world war 3 is far to happen , you will die first before the world war 3 will start. If you are excited in war to happen , you can build an underground for your safety if the world war 3 will occur. But that does not guarantee your 100% safety in war because warld war 3 if ever happens will be a war of nuclear bombs and that is the time where people will die and all people in this world will suffer.
