We are hiring an experienced signature campaign manager. Will pay more than anybody else on this forum.

The campaign manager we hire  will get 0.1 BTC for the first week (trial period).
First week - 60 members, 20 in each category. If the first week proves successful - we
will increase the campaign size and negotiate a long-term arrangement with the manager.

I, personally , believe that each rank should have certain(and different) pay rate. So how exactly will you be choosing a campaign manager?

It didn't state very clearly that rates are same for all ranks.

Anyway since you're new , mostly you need to pay upfront or put the campaign fund to your selected escrow

He's paid out every single contest/thing he's done on the forum go do some research

I totally agreed with this, i worked with yahoo62278 unlike to other manager he is easy to reach out and willing to entertain every participants.
