We have made the Bitcoin to Liberty reserve fee even more low, it is now 4%, the offer is limited as long we have sold our reserves.

Very Good exchanger with low fees.
All my exchanges are very smooth and without any hassle.
I have already exchange about 30 k from many currencies to LR.
I have do one exchange today. I will do again another today from Bitcoin to liberty reserve.

exchange done several times with them, I also have a mastercard which i've funded with bitcoin:)
would recommend them to my friends if they ask...
I think you should announce your debit card too, since it can be funded with bitcoin without any hassle! and costs 15 euro / 20 usd which is cheap on the market...
