You should take a look at Neotox's thread here. He's got many potential hero and close hero member accounts available and they're all listed there. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1235627.0)

Potential accounts are often way cheaper than actual accounts, so you should keep that in mind. $150 is probably a good price I'd say for a hero member, perhaps potential.
