i think people who sells accounts, are encouraging scammers and scams, this should be forbidden if u ask me

Well, i'm not totally agree. I would buy more trusted account for using them as digal good for collateral in my loan request. It seem legit. Then, if you see my older posts, you coud see as an user that scammed me bought a new account and he probably continue to scam other people (i ask for a red flag to seller).
Then, as administrator says, having multiple account is not proibithed. I think
a good thing is to improve the account profile with historical information about when the User changes his e-mail and hi password. So anyone could se if an accous is used only for scamming purpose or is holding as digital good.
