As far as I know..Greendot has stopped Moneypak codes
May be you have a un-activated Greendot debit card loaded with $500

The buyer has to activate the card with real info and SSN and they will get a customized card with their name, in mail
But the temp card info (you are selling) can be used online after activation


But if the card is obtained by ransomware or paydayloan collection scams, the card may be likely blocked


Please post proof that you have got the card legally !
