In five years, it is very difficult to become a millionaire, even if doing bitcoin. This is another area having sufficient cash resources can make millions in a few years, and I am taking into account first.

Depends what fiat currency,also depends on economic situation in developed countrys,lets say euro will crash,i believe euro will crash,than even 0.100 can make milionoier but euro will worthless, To be more realistic inflation is coming back to europe,same will be in USA,if turn in to hyper inflation than 1Btc can be 10k$ easy,if derivative market will crash than only one way will be new begining

You are very attached to the course cryptocurrency economic conditions in different countries and even the world financial system. Of course the value of bitcoin all want the more the better, but the forecast at the level of $ 10k this particular belief in a bright future bitcoin.

If there won't be any problems with Bitcoin in the future, hopefully it should reach around the $2000 mark in the next few years. We have seen how it moves recently so having Bitcoin maybe at least 100 should make you a decent millionaire.

Assuming there is no problem with bitcoin like issues, regulations, stability every month, it should reach at least around $2500-$3000 in five years. We need 500-1000 to be fiat millionaire, it seems such a decent amount. 

I also believe in such cryptocurrency growth rates over the next few years, but it seems to me that this is not at all enough to collect a vast fortune and get the status of a millionaire.

Why not? Sometimes I have been a bit pessimistic about these interesting figures, but when I analyze the potential of bitcoin and compare it with the global financial situation to be expected in five years, it doesn't seem so unlikely a future scenario when the bitcoin price achieve 20k at least.

honestly it is depend on how you describe millionaire in your life .

for some people having 10 million dollar are more than enough , but for some people too it wasn't enough , at least have 900 million dollar! then if you are an early adopter , you bought 900,000 bitcoin for $1 each it's enough! nowadays it seems hard to make it happen.

Well, if this current trend will continue that is not impossible to happen, I am actually very optimistic that we will have a good success if we will choose to invest now. Bitcoin's success cannot be stop anymore, it is our voice and actions that will make it successful and I believe this will lead to a better world as bitcoin continues to exist.

from the price of bitcoin now, it may take just around 1000 btcs to be a millionnaire and even less if the price continues to rise. Though i don't think it would be that easy to earn a thousand btc's also so it would really be a challenge if your goal is to be a millionnaire through bitcoins.

I wish that it is going to happen but that is far from reality even though bitcoin is fast increasing when it comes to its price. That price of value for $100,000 after 5 years is very impossible and unbelievable to happen. Probably the price of bitcoin by that time will be $5,000. And that can make me fiat millionaire if I hold hundreds.

Agreed, we can all agree that the bitcoin has been a roller-coaster, and the price reaching $1000 is a big milestone that makes us think that there is a possibility that it can reach higher prices, but that does not mean that it can reach unreasonable prices like $100,000, bitcoin has already made some people fiat millionaires, the ones who have supported the bitcoin since the beginning when the price was less than a $1.

honestly it is depend on how you describe millionaire in your life .

I doubt there were so many coins (around 1 million) for selling at $1, also who doesn't like 900 million?? lol. I think that if you have 1 million it isn't a small amount but not also a big amount if you think to invest in a project that you have searched or waiting for.

I am very optimistic in the price hike and i think the price of bitcoins would go high up a lot .but to reach to it threshold level .we would need more bitcoins that is we need more than 2000 bitcoins if the demand for bitcoins goes high at a very fast level .

i think the rice of bitcoin is effecting the need of a person. for example a year before the price of bitcoin was trading below 500 USD so if a person was needed 1000 USD and if we compare the need of this person withe present price of bitcoin as bitcoin is now trading above 1050 USD level. so think he will need about 470  bitcoin to meet his needs. therefore i will like to say that it depend on the price of bitcoin.

Because here OP is asking how much bitcoin needed to be millionaire in the future without mention the risk associated with bitcoin , I mean bitcoin's price is included with  much fluctuations So here chances are also for the down of price .
But if we are discussing about the only increase in the price only then I will say we should have at least 50-100 BTC because , if we have very low amount of bitcoin then after increase of bitcoin price still will have profit of some dollers only , So here having much amount of bitcoin may be result into the big profit which is best looking profit for everyone .

Bitcoin will never touch $100,000,000 at least it won't never touch $100,000.
