How long does it usually take for a statement in "awaiting decision" to be processed?

E.g. here http://betsofbitco.in/item?id=916 the betting deadline was yesterday - but it still is in "awaiting decision". How come?

Last time I made some bets I think they made the decision during the middle of the next day. But I just found your thread because I'm starting to get impatient. I've got a bunch of BTC that's been trapped in winning bets for about 24 hours. I hope they make their decision soon.

I think I'll try that site next time.

This is getting tedious. Going on 2 days now. How hard is it to verify the closing Dow Jones index or the closing price of gold on 1/31?

I wonder what happens to everyone's bet BTC if the site just goes dark.

I think we all know what will happen to users' BTC if the site goes dark. That's why I never keep too many of my BTC in anyone else's hands at one time. It would still suck to lose my 6 or 7 BTC though. I hope it's just the owners of the site having problems or even being lazy that's causing this delay.

If you really think it's the same thing I guess you must be very new here.

I have some long-term bets there, but I don't think it's really so different than any of MPOEs projects.

I don't see how it's different in terms of the possibility of the owner takes everyone's BTC and run. ok you stand to lose more I guess, so your site's possibility is lower.

Well whatever it is or isn't, the people running that site are bullshitting around, picking and choosing which bets they want to decide and when, instead of taking care of them in a timely manner, or even in order.

Here is one of the bets I have money in, which ended on 1/31:
http://betsofbitco.in/item?id=1048

And here's the bet on the outcome of the superbowl, which happened 3 days later.
http://betsofbitco.in/item?id=1156

I think someone running the site is playing fast and loose with the money. This is the last time I bet my money with these jerks.

This is already resolved, my winning bet has been honored. Although, 5 full days has passed, so I doubt I will ever bet there too.

Yeah I woke up in the morning and it was resolved. These things should be resolved in a more reasonable time though, and in the order that the events pass.
