Sent picture to oP, op said yes it is clear however he needs a scan. i reminded him he said picture was fine because i do not have access to scanner he then said he said that just to pursuade me to trade? Companies ask for utility bill as proof of ID so beware. I was asked to provide my bill to a FOREX broker lately so if you are going to give it to him, your name will be used by this guy who is a potential scammer. Glad he now has red trust.
