Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

I use kano.is and coinbase fine.

I have used coinbase from the beginning without issues. I see all these posts about accounts banned by coinbase but its a "he said she said game" and coinbase will NEVER divulge the real reason because that would be bad business practice. Most likely (not assuming) that the individuals were doing some shady shit with their accounts or trying to exploit within coinbase.

In Finland bitcoin is not so widely in use like USA, Canada and Russia...

If you don't mind playing ball with a company that is "establishment," hyper-compliant, and requires much personal information, than coinbase is a great choice. I use them regularly. Among the numerous bitcoin companies globally, coinbase is one of the most responsive to legitimate problems and concerns of their clients.

If you do not mind handing over personal information and want to use a site that is very strict on personal data and allowing of trading buying selling etc and want everything logging and accounted for etc then sure its for you to use coinbase. I use from time to time if am wanting to sell my coin higher and then await bank wire but still can take way to long. All depends on what you use BTC for and services you use. I would sure look at other places too than just coinbase as it is not for everyone.
