Selling Your BitForce Products

Sometimes people have sold their pre-orders to someone else, because they need the money or whatever. I have some comments about that:

1. We will verify your order for potential buyers if you ask us to do so.
2. We will not ship to your customer. We will still ship it to you. It is your responsibility to ship to your customer.
3. The warranty is still in effect even if it is sold to someone else.
4. Please be careful--several people have bought items from shysters who didn't even have an order.

lol you have been here years and made only 67 posts? And you expect someone to send you 1500 dollars in coins and HOPE that you send the product when you receive it from BFL. Am I the only one who sees this as HILARIOUS. I can get a fake id with a picture, fake address, fake everything not that hard to acquire. Guy came in here a few months ago and scammed about 15k from people because he was SELLING his pre-order with no escrow. good luck with your sell.

It's interesting how the whole idea of bitcoin transactions makes people scared they will be ripped of. This very aspect of a non-forcibly-returned currency (as opposed to credit card chargebacks) may be a difficult thing to combat in the minds of those that might use it as a payment method.

Yet, this protection from chargebacks makes it much better for sellers than things like PayPal on eBay since the very fact you CAN do chargebacks means that it is possible to be ripped off easily. You accept payment, you ship item, bidder/buyer does chargeback and you are out money AND the item.

And I'm sure your idea of 'court' would work out great for international purchases  Roll Eyes

So dealing with lawyers (not to mention various jurisdictions if parties are across state or country boundaries) is easier than the a credit-card chargeback system that exists now, okay, got it.  Roll Eyes

You must be a lawyer.

BFLs ASICs is a SCAM, so buying them is a very big stupidity.
