They will take the funds and after a few years of development:"Sorry banks, it does not seem to work this way". Cheesy
This combination can not work out.Open ledger and banks? Come on!!
This thing will be restricted and controlled by the participants.This is far away from being really open.Whatever let them have fun with it.
