How many do you want to sell? I might buy few coins next weekend and send you SEPA transfer to you bank account. But since czech bank fees sucks I'm not sure if it's worth it.

If you have SEPA, you can use all exchanges that provide SEPA payout.

Use https://bitcoin-24.com/ for example, but there are many.

All previous versions of currency will no longer be supported as of this update

You might ask  buybtc.cz, maybe they might be looking for a local source or perhaps might know of a local trade option for you.

There might already be someone listing an offer near you. There are many listings in which you will find a buyer paying with CZK.

FYI SEPA transfers are necessarily in EUR.
But if you have a EUR account or can make one easily then yes you can make SEPA transfers, in which case I recommend Bitcoin-Central.net

It is possible to send € via SEPA to some Czech banks, but fees for accepting it and for conversion from EUR > CZK is usually insane.

Try Bitstamp (www.bitstamp.net).
They have their bank account in Slovenia in EU and SEPA transfer from their bank to my Czech bank (ZUNO) takes only two days (If they send me money on Mondey I`ll receive them on Wednesday).
ZUNO doesn`t charge me any fees for incoming SEPA payment. Sometimes the transfer lasts only one day.
The Bitstamp transfer fee is only $0.9. It is fast and reliable.

I tried https://www.smenarnabitcoin.cz/ and successfully bought 2 BTC for CZK, It should work also for convesion from BTC to CZK (didn't try yet). They use regular bank transfer (FIO Banka).
