Need a programmer skilled and experienced with android

Hi all,


            Looking to do a start-up. Have a pretty solid idea for an application/concept. Willing to pay a programmer $250 deposit to get started. My scope of work would think this project would finish up around $1000 total paid work. I could pay in bitcoin if needed. This project would essentially require you to be able to interface with a raspberry pi over a local wifi network and send commands via a app/GUI on a tablet which would in turn be able to output to the GPIO wirelessly. There will be graphic design involved and i'm more or less able to handle this side of things but we would need to work together somewhat.
