There is nothing wrong in having multiple campaigns and i guess he wanted to try out variety of managers and make some kind of difference among all campaigns.If he has paid higher ranks an upfront then what is the point of this topic ? why would he scam the lower pay participants.

There is nothing wrong with that, heck e coin has 2 different campaigns both for pay per post and fixed rate
But there is reasonable number for multiple campaigns and i think 4 different topic is really out of mind
Tomorrow there will be one additional campaign maybe

At the moment there are 3 signature campaign, one owned by me, and the other two owned by SFR10 and Robertt. Hero Members and Legendary of all 3 signature campaign has been paid upfront; of course, it should be a must to adopt the escrow for a newbie that wants to start a campagn, but I consider that if you pay upfront even some category (in this case Hero Member), it is already a good step for have trust. Anyway I don't think that Humanresources will scam users.
