1. I want to buy bitcoins with SMS payments. 2. I send the text message to the number with the correct pin. 3. No response for 24 hours (before, it would reply with a success message near instantly) 4. "$Msg. Your payment couldn't be processed. Please check the 4-digit paycode after 'PIN' is correct." WTF? The pin code is correct. You delayed the message by 24 hours so now the pin probably isn't in your system anymore. I am charged for a product I do not recieve. 1. I have emailed blockchain.info. 2. I have emailed the address in the SMS window. No response. (Emailed a day ago when I didn't get a success msg, and again just now). I know it isn't directly caused by blockchain.info, but blockchain.info is the middle man. If I post a thread on the currency exchange session saying my friend wants to trade, and "my friend" scams someone, then that user will get a scammer tag. Same thing with blockchain. Dude there's literally no way the main blockchain watch / wallet service "scammed" you. Especially not for $6.
So you emailed a day ago. Give it another 13-14 maybe even 15 minutes.
I shudder to think what'll happen if one day you splurge on a restaurant meal and a quarter falls out of your pocket and rolls out of reach.

In my experiences, this kind of SMS payment system is not very stable. I believe this will be solved.

SMSing balance and showing I have $6.6 less credit? My plan is divided into many different things - optus money (phone calls, sms, etc), credit (used if you run out of anything or for sms payments), data.. credit was decreased after they charged me for an error message.Zappay finally responded to my email asking for my country code..

Blockchain info clearly states on their website that they can't see your transactions. They also warn against the high cost of using premium SMS services.
Sounds like you're using Optus pre-paid mobile. SMS charges to premium - 19 - services are very high and Australian carriers frequently have problems with short SMS codes.
Go online to your Optus My Account - that should tell you specifically what the charge is for.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

You weren't scammed. Having worked with SMS payment gateways many times before, I can tell you for a fact that SMS payments are seriously unreliable & break all the time. This looks like a problem with Blockchain's SMS payment provider. I'm sure BC.info will get back to you and resolve this soon, just give them a bit more time.

blockchain.info provides no customer support from what I've seen. If I create a wallet account, with my iphone the password doesn't work the next time I log in. I tested it 5 times. Lost a lot of coins because of it. They just refer people to bitcointalk..

It's good forum etiquette to mark this as resolved if its so. You almost had me panicking and draw my $0.07 out from blockchain.info

I think the OP needs a scammer tag for scamming us into thinking that this was a legitimate scam accusation.

I have gotten excellent support from them every time I have needed it and usually through email. They helped me find a couple of lost wallets that had a total of about 800 btc earlier this year. I gave him a nice fat donation because of it too. Seriously, one of THE best companies when it comes to customer support. And this thread is really ridiculous anyways... Calling "SCAM" for 6 bucks is rather pathetic.
