Works for me.

Still getting error...

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /bitcoin/mpex.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I'm in SouthEast Asia.  Is that the problem?

Sounds like you're probably using an IP which was used to spam.

Sounds like you're probably using an IP which was used to spam.

Looks like it's the IP.  Going through the VPN shows the site.
